আলিয়া একজন বিবাহিত মহিলা। অনেক চিকিৎসা করার পরও সন্তান হয় না। এ দেখে তার বাবা তাকে পীরের কাছে নিয়ে মাথা নত করে বলল, বাবা আমার মেয়ের একটি সন্তান দাও। আমি তোমার নামে একটি গরু জবেহ করব। অপরদিকে মসজিদের পাশে হাসানাত ও বারাকাত দুজনে ঝগড়া করছে। তাদের ঝগড়া দেখে মাওলানা সাহেব এগিয়ে এসে জিজ্ঞেস করলেন, তোমরা ঝগড়া করছ কেন? বারাকাত বলল, আমি তাকে বিশ্বাস করে একটি গোপন কথা বলেছিলাম কিন্তু সে আমার প্রতিপক্ষকে তা বলে দিয়েছে। এ কথা শুনে মাওলানা সাহেব বলেন, “যারা এরূপ করে তাদের স্থান জাহান্নামের সর্বনিম্ন স্তরে।”

শাফি সাহেব ও কাফি সাহেব দুজনই শিল্পপতি। শাফি সাহেব গত রমজানের ঈদে শ্রমিকদের বোনাস দিতে গড়িমসি করায় কারখানায় শ্রমিকদের অসন্তোষ দেখা দেয়। শ্রমিকেরা তাদের প্রাপ্য পেতে একদিন ধর্মঘট পালন করে। অপরদিকে কাফি সাহেব বছর শেষে তার সমস্ত সম্পদ হিসাব করে নির্দিষ্ট একটি অংশ দরিদ্রদের মাঝে বিতরণ করেন। এ সম্পর্কে তাঁকে জিজ্ঞাসা করা হলে তিনি পবিত্র কুরআনের সূরা যারিয়াত এর ১৯ নম্বর আয়াতের উদ্ধৃতি দিয়ে বলেন, মহান আল্লাহ ইরশাদ করেন, “আর তাদের (ধনীদের) সম্পদে অভাবগ্রস্ত ও বঞ্চিতদের অধিকার রয়েছে।”
